Join our Consumer Experience team and as Consumer Programs Lead, drive the consumer experience strategy by actively supporting the strategic development of omnichannel consumer acquisition and retention programs for our alternative products. In this role you will be at the heart of the consumer-centric transformation and, being part of a project-based organization (PBO), you and your team will be working in cross-functional teams to ensure consumer-facing programs and initiatives are executed in a way that creates genuine consumer value. YOUR REPSONSIBILITIES: • Shaping and owning the consumer programs strategy (Acquisition and Retention) in the market, aligning and contributing to the overall strategic direction of the market • Measuring & tracking programs performance and acting on data-driven insights to constantly improve the effectiveness of the programs and the consumer value • Initiating new programs and ad-hoc optimization projects based on consumer and business intelligence/insights and initiating briefs towards deployment teams • Ensuring the timely and qualitative development and deployment of omni-channel programs and program-relevant projects, leveraging on global guidelines and tools • Contributing to local, regional and global reviews and strategy reviews with input pertaining to consumer experience and programs • Regularly liaising with peers locally, as well as Global and Regional stakeholders on project-collaborations, best practice sharing and alignment with global and regional strategies • Ensuring compliance of all consumer programs to global PMI guidelines and SOPs • Managing, motivating and developing your team members YOUR PROFILE: • You have at least 3-4 years of experience working in a similar role with similar scope (Consulting, Marketing, Sales or similar), whereby specifically experience in consumer acquisition and/or retention and consumer experience is a big plus • You preferably have a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Product Development, UX or similar • You have solid experience in project-based working and in leading diverse teams • You are analytical and able to connect the dots between multiple sources of information • You are collaborative, communicative and able to engage people using inclusive and effective communication to invest a team in the objective • You have a pronounced interest in consumer-centricity and put great value on data-driven insights to inform your decisions • You are a curious person with a gift for critical, out of the box and big-picture thinking • You are driven and problem-solving oriented • You have excellent English language skills, German is a big plus INTERESTED?
