Your day to day We are currently looking for a P&C Lead to support our Life Sciences Function, reporting to the Head of P&C for Life Sciences. Our Life Sciences function is geared toward demonstrating and proving through scientific data that Smoke Free Products are better alternatives for Smokers. As a P&C Lead for Life Sciences, you will play a critical role in defining and delivering the People and Culture agenda that supports Life sciences purpose. Partnering with the members of the Life Sciences Leadership team and their sub-functions, you will anticipate and understand business demands and global P&C priorities to ensure that the right initiatives are designed and deployed timely and with impact. From the day to day roll out of core P&C processes to the design and development of more complex organization development and change management projects, the role will continuously evolve based on priorities and needs of Life Sciences and P&C. Role Responsibilities • Work closely with Sub-Functional leads and their teams to anticipate and identify critical business needs. • Analyze and interpret organization and talent data to develop hypotheses and surface insights • Combine a data-driven approach on P&C dynamics with a deep understanding of the business needs to participate in the definition of Life Sciences P&C priorities, and the translation of Life Sciences and P&C global priorities into a set of defined interventions that will support Life Sciences and PMI purpose • Lead or be part of dedicated project teams that will bring to life these interventions with impact • Day to day business partner support for 2/3 sub-functions within the Life Sciences function (inc. P&C processes roll out) Who we’re looking for? • Relevant experience (10+ years) in Human Resources in large corporate and/or Consulting • Preferred, MSc industrial/organization psychology or business administration. • Preferred, experience as HR generalist / business partner working with complex organizations in period of transformation. • Preferred, solid experience with core HR processes and with organizational development/design • Strong business acumen as well as experience of working in consumer centric organizations. • Established ability to provide guidance and influence at a senior level in the organization • Demonstrated success in leading and managing change in large and complex organization • Good project management and analytical skills • Preferred, experience in Life Sciences Key behaviors • Consumer First • Forward Looking • Empowering People Working Language • English required, French is a plus What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
