You’ll be solving supply chain problems that span the whole world: a smoke-free world. Your ‘day to day’ In this position you will be responsible for management of Reverse Operation Hub(s) run by a top tier EMS vendor, you will oversee the operation (including but not limited to budget, capacity planning and optimization, yield and productivity improvement, quality control, and safety measures as established and set for reverse operation). This operation hub will be the crucial for PMI sustainability roadmap on rework, repair and recycle strategy. Responsibilities: • Ensure all reverse operations activities (capacity, supply chain, operation cost, improvement processes) are carried on in an appropriate, cost efficient way following PMI business strategy. • Manage budgets and forecasts, examine financial data and use them to improve cost efficiency • Work closely with supply chain, to ensure smooth execution of committed shipment is achieved by well-planned inventory, capacity, equipment and man power optimization • Ensure reverse operation processes remain legally compliant • Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; • Develop operations systems by figuring out product handling and storage requirements; develop, implement, enforce, and evaluate policies and procedures; develop processes for receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management, and shipping • Communicate with legal counsel and safety department to ensure all processes remain compliant with PMI standards for health and safety regulations and other governmental regulations Who we are looking for: • University degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management or related field • Proven work experience (minimum 8 years) as Operations Manager in manufacturing environment or similar role at Regional or Global scale • Experience handling EMS / factory operations/ manufacturing partners • Experience in Cost Control, budgeting and forecasting, capacity forecasting • Experience in managing Hybrid Teams • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management • Excellent communication skills in English What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
