Your ‘day to day As Marketing Communications Executive, you will be responsible for end-to-end development of engaging content that is on brand starting from concept through to final approvals and launch, including briefing phase and managing multiple rounds of feedback/revisions. You will assist in the planning and development of marketing strategies aimed at growing our portfolio of reduced risk products. Your core focus will be the development and implementation of on/offline brand marketing creative that guide adult consumers through all phases of the consumer journey. You will be accountable for: - Acting as a brand expert, shaping brand positioning for products portfolio in Canada and ensuring globally provided brand campaigns that have been adapted for the Canadian market are consistent across all consumer channels - Responsible for ongoing content creation with a focus on special projects across multiple channels – predominantly digital (.com, email marketing, SMS, Social Media, Paid Media, and 3rd party digital media) with some content required for retail/in-store and print. This includes agency briefings, copywriting for print, web, and email communication, facilitating French translation, proofreading, and coordinating approvals and deployment - Monitoring the development of all local content to ensure the quality of the content meets brand guidelines while addressing business objectives - Developing creative assets in a fast-paced environment, ensuring deadlines are met while managing multiple stakeholders feedback and 3rd party creative agencies - Performing ongoing analysis of consumer data, creative results, and market trends aimed at gathering insights that can optimize marketing programs and communication - Ensuring compliance of all activities with company Principles and Practices, standards, and laws relating to these activities.
