YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: • Managing the CC commercial operations governance. Define and manage CC planning, including but not limited to portfolio initiatives, campaigns, and activation plans. Secure CC integration in the overall multicategory commercial planning. • Rally all relevant stakeholders together to secure successful integration of the CC category in the overall multicategory PMG strategy. Act as the key partner for the deployment functions (e.g. Key Account, Field Sales and DTE), driving the performance of the CC category by setting the right strategy and securing effective deployment of initiatives, securing availability, visibility and share of voice. • Drive the CC objectives setting process linked to the annual plans and commercial initiatives across the organization. Secure structural reporting set-up in collaboration with business intelligence and other reporting functions. Consistently monitor the performance against across the organization and ensure timely follow-up with the respective commercial leaders. • Lead commercial programs, projects and initiatives from idea generation to deployment planning, providing commercial expertise and driving ongoing optimization. • Support Director CC to prepare, establish and adjust pricing strategy, according to PMG OI plans, competitive landscape and tax and portfolio implications. Provide input for budget / forecast cycles to Finance, through the forecasting, planning, monitoring and potential variances explanation for defined business KPIs for all the channels • Lead the preparation of presentations & reports, providing clear recommendations to the Director CC and to the broader Commercial team. • Drive the CC Commercial Capability development agenda. YOUR PROFILE: • University degree in Business Administration, Economics or Marketing • 4+ years of relevant experience with Sales and/or Marketing at supervisor level or equivalent • Leadership experience and the ability to motivate and develop employees & teams in a goal-oriented manner • Strong and confident communication skills at all levels as well as assertiveness • Ability to Lead, Coach & Influence stakeholders • Project management and/or Analytical experience is a pro • Ability to interpret data, draw meaningful insights and take actions • Fluent English, German language skills are an advantage Do you want to be part of this transformation?
