Your ‘day to day’: In line with market’s commercial initiatives plan, you will deploy and coordinate all marketing campaigns and propositions in Sweden with close collaboration together with Nordic Marketing teams as well as market’s commercial channels. Your target will be across all human-interface channels in order to effectively communicate PM brands to the consumers at Point of Sales. Accountabilities: • Lead in-store activation based on Global and Nordic developed communication campaigns and the needs of the Swedish Commercial Team • Develop and implement activities that focuses on trade activation, engagement and category education • Identify issues and opportunities based on market data analysis and projects outcome • Understand retailer drivers and pain points via retailer interviews, filed visits and feedback • In cooperation with Commercial Channels and Nordic Marketing, contribute to the development of effective Trade Education Platforms • Lead the business presentations towards trade including trade mailing • Ensure that all Trade Marketing activities are aligned with current legislation, local regulations and PM policies before approval • Develop yearly trade marketing plan and align with relevant internal stakeholders • Participate in commercial programs, projects and initiatives providing trade marketing expertise, from idea generation to go-to-market (GTM) and execution. • Lead assigned budget, 3rd party agencies, and internal & external project teams to ensure delivery of quality results within agreed timeframes. Who we’re looking for: To be successful in this role you need to be customer-centric and have excellent collaboration and communication skills. You are able to work with tight deadlines and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. • A university degree in marketing, business administration or other relevant field • Experience within retail /trade marketing, ideally within the FMCG sector • Strong analytical mindset and enjoys gathering insights • Comfortable working with MS office • A strong collaborator across disciplines and hierarchies to effectively steer a wide range of internal and external stakeholders • Fluency in English and Swedish is a requirement for this role What we offer: Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
