Responsible for business KPI, planning and delivery, in partnership with the other departments (CJ, Planning, Digital), of the strategy of our communication and creative’ s development, through Digital Paid media.
• Developing and managing effective integrated paid media (in partnership with Marketing, Area and CJ);
• Developing attractive assets and messages based on media placement;
• Maintaining assets and comprehensive reporting for each campaign;
• New media programs/opportunities and able to advise on new ways to communicate;
• Develops communications plans, including but not limited performance media, amplification, research and analyze data using specialist industry resources;
• Understands target audiences and analyze their characteristics, behavior and habits.
Managing the pan-Russia campaigns focused on new IQOS users acquisition via all available performance tools include:
• CPA partners, Yandex, Mail.ru, local programmatic platforms. Owning 15% of all new acquired users and the market;
• Adjusting the infrastructure for lead management: IS and technical environment, call center and in-field team briefings;
• Delivering best digital marketing mix based on leads volume and cost per sale;
• Additional scope: predictive analytics for retargeting, traffic segmentation, geo services paid ad – 2gis, Yandex Maps;
• Manage in-house team of contacted performance specialists.
• Native Russian and Business level English;
• Proven 3+ years of experience for online paid media campaign creative development;
• Strategic thinking, introduction of innovative ideas/techniques, insightful analysis;
• Knowledge of online content strategy and creation;
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills, Strong research skills, Creativity, Resourceful problem solver, Strong attention to detail, Excellent time-management and organizational skills;
