YOUR REPSONSIBILITIES: • Full responsibility and ownership for the digital (incl. e-commerce) channel in Austria • Develop and implement eComm strategies including utilizing a range of e-commerce platforms, understanding of best practice UX & CX, knowledge on driving conversion rate, how best to leverage traffic sources (SEO) • Maintain Digital trading best practice, website prioritization, product retargeting content management, digital customer proposition, personalization rules, trading performance analysis & insight. • Manage Page setup, product information capture, merchandising execution, product execution, site tagging, digital change & release management, journey setup & optimization, UAT, project management, web site application configuration, digital content upload. • Demonstrate strong understanding of SEO best practice to help drive strategy • Take Product ownership, UX strategy & standards, UI strategy & standards, digital visual design best practice & development, UX/UI Design, Customer Research testing, project management. • Strong understanding of System Architecture, System Development, Web Front-End Development, Web Back-End Development, Mobile Development, Database Development, Quality Assurance (QA) Testing. • Clear understanding of the competitive environment in Austria. Leveraging work from the insights team as to how we clearly differentiate against competes. • Lead a team of three Digital Experts to deliver best in class experiences and results • Growing digital revenue is core to this role, so a great eye for detail, a love of data and the ability to think of bold attention-grabbing digital tactics or campaigns are beneficial. YOUR PROFILE: • You have a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, UX or similar • You have at least 3-4 years of experience working within a retail digital/eCommerce environment, preferably commercially focused • You have relevant E-Commerce and/or digital platforms experience & capabilities • You are collaborative, communicative and able to engage & develop your team • You are a curious person with a gift for out of the box and big-picture thinking • You have a strong knowledge in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, PowerBI) and preferably SAP • SFMC and Google Analytics knowledge is beneficial • You have excellent English language skills, German is a big plus INTERESTED?
