TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT - Contract Type : Permanent - Work location : Philip Morris Korea, 10, Gukjegeumyung-ro, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, Korea YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’ 1) Volume Projection and Analysis: - Analyze and forecast demand by industry/ by company/ by brand under different assumptions to provide base for business plans and support business decisions - Conduct thorough analysis on the performances and variances to increase forecast accuracy and support cross checking with relevant stakeholders, such as Sales and Supply Chain 2) Business Opportunities & Process Improvement: - Joint work with Finance Planning as a team to provide both volume and financial scenario analysis to support business strategies - Interaction with Finance Planning as a team to improve efficiency and provide more added value analysis to business partners - Identify and explore new business opportunities and process improvement areas, leveraging information from different business partners and access to relevant financials. - Interact with business partners and set up relevant projects if necessary to materialize ideas into concrete OCI improvements 3) Financial Consultancy and Competitor Analysis: - Work closely with Finance Planning team to support manager in the following; - Support analyses and reports of internal/external economic trends or financial implications on the company’s business performance - Support financial analysis of special projects, financial effectiveness of internal operations and product/profit performance. - Provide analysis of competitor analysis and its business implications to support business decisions 4) Management Reporting and Corporate Review Preparation: - Prepare required analyses and coordinate preparation of functional requirements for corporate PMI Strategy and Budget reviews - Provide volume scenario analysis/projection for company strategy (including pricing, new launches, etc) - Ad-hoc support for business partners involving volume and budget - Prepare/present business highlights to local/PMI management - Coordinate and prepare requirements for investor relationship reports and presentations - Preparation PMI volume reports and PMI Business Highlights reports 5) Support HQ(OC) and Region (RHQ) on the implementation of the new Finance Operating Model (FoM) initiatives - Support the local implementation of the central tool - Support the team on customizing the forecasting method to reflect the actual market situation WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR - University degree in a related discipline with business, finance, or statistics. - Business related major, MBA or Finance related certificate preferred(AICPA, CFA, etc) but not required - Minimum 2 years of experience with a multinational company in strategic business planning, financial planning or relevant areas. - Possess experience in managing various and diverse group of people and wide range of business activities. - Knowledge in Power BI (or Analytics tool) is a plus - Proficiency in Korean Language WHAT WE OFFER Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
