As Lead B2C Age Verification you will be the expert lead in the business services team for age verification, ensuring we have market leading, compliant and effective age verification solutions deployed. You will monitor overall solution performance, identify and drive actions to improve customer adoption and successful age verification, support incident resolution and new market deployments. You will lead monthly and quarterly business reviews and work closely with OC Payments, Fraud and Age Verification Design & Strategy on supplier relationship management, service enhancement and ongoing supplier evaluation and selection.
