Your 'day to day'... • Develop the building of the Trade Engagement (B2B) platform strategy to effectively deploy portfolio initiatives calendar and improve loyalty program performance and adoption; • Lead the development & execution of digital plan to improve business drivers (quarterly); • Coordinate and design the Engagement and Communication Campaigns along with our Digital Agency & Marketing team to support and boost our portfolio initiatives within our retailer´s community; • Supervise the execution and expansion of our prize catalogue to improve value proposition for program users along the whole country; • Management of monthly Digital Trade Programs, mechanics and interactions calendar; • Lead quarterly executions for each Trade Program. Supervise creation of profile segmentation, audiences and upload user’s targets and manual scores in Salesforce; • Analyze and monitor user behavior to develop tools & actions to improve UX and category management; • Generate digital KPI Reports analysis and follow up to guide action plans; • Lead program´s digital bases maintenance and iFrames revision. Who we’re looking for... • Graduated students from Business Administration, Social Communication, Marketing or Industrial Engineering; • Previous experience in FMGC’s within Marketing, Trade Marketing or Digital areas is required; • Experience in loyalty programs with B2B focus will be a valuable asset; • Knowledge on UX & Digital tools is a nice to have (e.g. Salesforce); • Result-driven profiles with project leading capabilities and very good interpersonal relations; • Candidates with good analytical skills in order to make data driven decisions; • Customer oriented profile and high interest to develop within commercial areas; • Agency management will be highly appreciated; • Advanced level of English is mandatory; • MS Office tools management is a must.
