As a Business Intelligence & Planning Manager, you’ll work across the full breadth of the business, to translate strategic business direction into information solution opportunities to support business growth and sustain competitive advantage. Your ‘day to day’ Business intelligence: • Conduct and provide comprehensive analysis based on internal and other available research to highlight threats and opportunities to ensure volume growth through national and regional initiatives • Manage, prepare and develop commercial reports by using visualization approach to support business analysis for planning and decision-making. • Formulate Sales & Distribution strategy and prepare Budget and Long Range Plan presentation • Participate in Commercial projects by defining key measurements, developing analysis model, and proposing recommendations to support strategic direction, supporting implementation process, and re-evaluation of results Commercial demand planning and supply: • Coordinate with Supply Chain team to ensure supply availability / supply allocation • Monitor and fine-tune bottom-up forecast process and timeline to align with business operation cycle • Analyze variance and seasonality effect as an input to the process which is focused on improving forecast accuracy People management: • Develop, coach and motivate the team to meet current and future business challenges by leading on career and advancement plans, coaching and providing employee development path that supports individual & organization capability growth Who we’re looking for • University Degree in related fields • Minimum 8 years of solid experience in planning and business analysis within an international context • At least 2 years of experience as a leading role in coordinating strategic planning and reporting • Has experience in using data analytic tools such as Power BI • Excellent level of English and Thai (both written and spoken) and MS Office’s tools What we offer Our success depends on anyone who brings to work a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
