Your ‘day to day’: As a Field Territory Manager, you will be responsible for: • Building effective business relationships with retailers in order to reach sales objectives; • Developing and implementing effective plans to meet business objectives; • Maximising the presence of our product portfolio addressing ranging opportunities • Managing your own territory, working autonomously to meet your targets; • Reviewing and analysing market and store level data to identify and implement the best sales activities. We’re looking for our next super star who has: • Strong sales skills and the ability to influence; • High learning agility with a solution-based focus; • Strong analytical and insights skills, with a data-led decisions approach; • The ability to work independently and be self-driven to achieve targets & objectives; • Excellent organisational and time management skills; • Ideally you will have tertiary qualification and experience in FMCG • Intermediate in Microsoft Office package • Enthusiasm and the ability to make an impact in our region.
