Philip Morris Armenia is looking for a Consumer Experience Executive. You will be a part of Consumer experience team responsible for acquisition programs development, implementation & proper delivery to consumers. You will contribute to smoke-free world creation and maintenance together with Philip Morris. As a CX Executive, you will : • Explore and analyze Consumer Journey to map out consumer pain points during lifetime with IQOS across multiple channels & episodes and overall improve consumer experience, acquisition, awareness and conversion. • Develop, align and implement relevant commercial instruments & activities within omni-channel consumer journey in tight collaboration with multiple departments and regional teams. • Lead complex cross-functional project from Exploration / Ideation stage through Testing/Validation to Full Deployment/Evaluation stage and setting them up as Business-as-usual. • Analyze data, collect feedback and best practices from Regional teams / Other Markets and constantly improve efficiency of mechanics, tools & systems. • Develop and maintain productive partnership and alignment with regional & HQ RRP teams. • Participate in key organization development processes such as recruitment, training, succession planning and performance management, in order to ensure organizational sustainability and effectiveness, adequate reward and retention of stable performers and functional talent. • Manage and coach team members so that they accomplish all assigned goals on a professional level. • Motivate and develop team members through active participation in business and acquisition activities in order to ensure maximal development of their professional skills, energies and potential. Requirements: • University degree (preferably in business related discipline – Marketing & Management) • Strong Project Management Skills, experience at managing & prioritizing multiple project • Experience in launching products / mechanics / tools from scratch • Experience in commercial function will be an advantage • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian, fluent/ native Armenian, Russian • Ability to adapt in a fast pace changing environment • Ability to independently make decisions and solve problems • Communication, Analytical, Creative and Presentation skills • PC skills (MS Office applications, basic coding/programming skills, experience in digital projects) WHAT WE OFFER: • You will work in truly international environment • You will get unique development opportunities • You will enjoy building your network among highly professional colleagues • You will get competitive level of compensation & social package
