Your ‘day to day’ • Inclusion & Diversity: contribute in the definition and execution of PMFTC’s I&D strategy; lead tailored initiatives to drive adoption of the relevant mindset, values and practices for an inclusive and diverse work environment; manage the local deployment of global I&D programs with appropriate change management, engagement and communication plans for the market; represent PMFTC in external I&D networking and partnership opportunities • New ways of working: design and implement operating framework for P&C’s project based organization; lead the proper management and governance of P&C projects, from resource and capacity planning to monitoring progress and output delivery, while also ensuring compliance to agreed framework and methodology; educate and provide constructive guidance and advice to the P&C team to adopt PBO tools, mindset and discipline and optimize engagement and efficiency • Trends, analyses and insights: provide solid data analyses, diagnoses and insights to help determine proper interventions needed; share knowledge and understanding of current and upcoming trends on I&D, org culture and ways of working; establish benchmarks and best practices for continuous improvement Who we’re looking for: • Challenging the status quo, bringing novel, progressive and contemporary thinking and proposals • A strategic, helicopter-view perspective on the design of all programs & initiatives so that they complement and build on each other in support of our business imperatives • A practical and pragmatic execution, which triggers the need to simplify rather than complexify • Digital at the core of all programs, transcending the format (i.e. digital platforms) but ingrained into the very mindset of the organization • Data driven proposals and decisions, supported by strong insighting and listening tools. • Solid HR expertise of 5-8 years in Inclusion & Diversity, and HR project management & governance What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
