RISE TO THE CHALLENGE You will be part of the CX team of “Philip Morris Misr” and will report to the Consumer Journey Manager. The role is responsible for leading the activation and deployment of consumer programs for Reduced Risk Product (RRP). End to end project management: encompassing the design and strategic alignment of the program to maximize the effectiveness of our acquisition or retention programs. Key responsibility will be to maximize our quality of program delivery and maximize ROI through the supervision of specific projects. Management of execution budgets through proper budget allocation and the monitoring of program activities. More specifically you will: • Understand and analyze current and evolving consumer journey gaps and consumer pain points to identify new opportunities. • Proceed in a timely manner upon identifying problems or discovering business opportunities, to report to and communicate within the RRP organization, and to consult with superior and related CCO functions, to implement necessary measurements or design new programs to address those gaps or opportunities. • Ensure the delivery of both RRP quantitative and qualitative targets through the collaboration with team members and key stakeholder departments (Commercial Ops, Marketing and Digital Team) to ensure full alignment & buy in to the agreed directions /activations. • Manage a team and take the lead in specific Acquisition/Retention programs. Projects could cover areas like installments or other subscription models that would support acquisition or retention activities. • Business development (activity progress control/effect measurement): To meet the project's overall business objectives on time, control, identify, analyse, and perform status of progress reviews on a regular and consistent basis. • Improve the quality of programs execution by aligning updates made in response to RRP environmental, regulatory, and marketing code changes. • Provide timely instruction and guidance on courses of action and course corrections based on progress, in addition to validating effects. Reviews of performance results must clearly identify leading factors and causes, in addition to identifying progress toward target figures and quality of execution. • Build relationships with customers to support as well as expand opportunities for RRP. Support teams to stabilize business and identify the actual execution of activities and issue appropriate instructions to maximise RRP business and provide support to maintain and solidify relationships of trust with important venues, customers and corporate business partners. • Cooperate with other sections to maximise results and effects that affect the market as a whole, carry out duties by cooperating, coordinating, and making adjustments with other sections, focusing on Commercial Ops, Marketing, and Digital teams. • Collaborate and identify new RRP business opportunities with other internal departments to maximize and opening doors to new RRP business opportunities. Other requirements: • Experience: 5-8 Years in Marketing field. • Experience in similar roles in consumer-focused industries or other related multinational environment, with a proven record of managing demanding projects/programs. • Experience with FFWD and PBO methods as well as basic understanding of consumer journey projects and NPS. • Strong Communications & Project Management Skills, and Multicultural workplace experience are musts. Analytical skills and digital marketing background are a plus. • “Consumer-centric mindset”, strategic agility and innovative spirit. • Excellent stakeholder management skills and strong organizational and implementation skills. • Experience in installment model and partnership with startups is a plus.
