WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., statistics, mathematics, econometrics, economics or any related field); • Min. 2 years of experience in data analysis, data mining and quantitative research methods (mathematics, statistics, machine learning or related fields) • Experience with Python or R • Proficiency in data visualizations (Power BI or Shiny) • Proficiency in using SQL, MS Office and other relevant tools • Business acumen, people and project leadership competencies • Advanced analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to develop algorithms and creative solutions using a variety of data types • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex quantitative analysis in a clear, precise and actionable manner • Ability to work in a team and independently • Self-driven and proactive approach • Collaborative, open and flexible mindset with critical thinking. • Fluent in Polish and English, both written and verbal WHAT WE OFFER YOU? • Cross-functional projects in teams & companies • Contract of employment (2-year substitution) • Cafeteria with various benefits • Private medical & dental care, life insurance • Flexible working arrangements • Lunch card (Sodexo) • Wide range of trainings, further education, optional language courses HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Evaluate and select data science tools and libraries • Review business and customer data to develop algorithms and forecasts to improve current processes and develop new ones • Analyze data and provide actionable solutions to stakeholders. • Use and fit different mathematical and econometric models, develop descriptive and predictive models that deliver better decisions. • Propose and run data science projects to complete • Create high-quality data visualizations • Communicate complex quantitative analysis in a clear, precise and actionable manner and deliver presentations • Educate and train others on data science related matters Please note that only on-line applications will be taken into consideration.
