YOU will support the development of the IQOS brand from a consumer standpoint, facilitating the company transformation by driving the cultural transformation from a brand-centric to a consumer-centric organization. Job Purpose The role of the Marketing Manager is a key position within the RRP Benelux Department. You will be able to shape important strategies to make IQOS a successful brand in Benelux. You will translate these strategies into local action plans and implement these into the Benelux market. You will report to the Manager Brand & Portfolio. Responsibilities of the role: • Develop key marketing strategies and action plans and manage implementation • Manage the local portfolio of products in close collaboration with the respective country team and track market trends that could affect portfolio profitability and impact performance including product lifecycle management and depletion strategies. • Lead strategic product launches of our RRP portfolio in mostly cross-functional teams • Cooperate on daily basis with various regional and global teams to facilitate initiative implementation • Be the guardian of proper use of all content and messaging. Experience with copywriting is a big plus. • Liaise with deployment teams to ensure consistent storytelling and branding in line with global Brand Guidelines across all touchpoints • Collaborate closely with External Affairs & Legal departments to ensure fully compliant product/initiative implementation • Measure the impact of implemented portfolio plans and analyze marketing activities to achieve the highest ROI on programs and projects. Education, experience and desired knowledge and skills: • University degree in Marketing or related field • Min. 7 years of professional experience of Consumer Marketing with leading FMCG/Health Care or other related companies/industries • Analytical, proactive, creative and agile personality • Excellent collaboration skills with both internal & external stakeholders • Strong cross-functional project management skills (leading cross-functional teams) • Comfortable dealing with multiple projects simultaneously and good at managing ambiguity • Fluent in English. Dutch and/or French is a plus What will the selection process look like? Talent Acquisition (TA) will perform an initial screening to assess whether candidates match with the defined vacancy requirements. If this is the case, the candidate will be invited for 2 competency-based (virtual) interviews. In parallel, you will be asked to complete online assessment tests*. At the end of the process, each candidate will receive the assessment results, as well as actionable feedback for their further development. *Assessment Tests The tests are integrated in the selection process to increase objectivity of the final decision making. The assessment tests for this role is a cognitive ability test. The results will not be saved in the employee’s file, and will only be used in the context of the vacancy for which the employee is applying.
