Read further if you want to learn what the main responsibilities of the role are: • Plan, establish and coordinate the implementation of blend recipe maintenance activities for production • Predict, analyze, and control on chemical trends of tobacco components in line with PMI specifications. • Manage tobacco inventories efficient & optimum way in line with market & production demands • Prepare necessary periodic reports for the government offices related to tobaccos. • Lead or attend special project teams and quality improvement projects to improve overall factory performance. • Strictly follow up “0” loss mindset during all job activities • Consistently apply lean working standards to the business. You: • Must hold a engineering degree (Tobacco Technology Engineer is highly preferred) • Have 2-7 years of experience preferably in Tobacco sector in quality environment • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Have strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and critical thinking skills with full autonomy in managing tasks. • Are collaborative, a team player, customer oriented and a quick learner At Philip Morris International, employee health and safety are our top priority.
