Our work spans the globe and includes audit, treasury, internal control and manufacturing financial support. Your ‘day to day’ • Participate in the planning & analysis of the manufacturing performance on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis • Prepare Month End Closing for the costing part of GR GAAP and support relative ones for US GAAP • Provide financial insights to local/ regional Operations and Finance about cost/inventory/Capex development for Factory and Market • Support annual standard cost development and update process ensuring consistency in standard cost development and inventory revaluation • Cooperate with Central Functions and Centres of Expertise • Preparation of month end and adjusting journal entries ensuring accurate and timely monthly and year end close • Participate in the company’s manufacturing improvement processes system through Pillar Participation and relative tools ownership • Ensure full compliance with local legislation and corporate policies and practices • Document controls, processes and procedures related to manufacturing accounting and ensure compliance with PMI Principles and Standards. • Act as an owner for the costing related lines in statutory financial statements and support any internal/external audits. • Participate in cross-functional projects impacting inventory, capex, cost of sales together with Ops and Market representatives Who we’re looking for • University degree in Engineering or Finance or Accounting or similar education • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, relevant to the role professional certifications is a plus • Experience in statutory costing and accounting/reporting is a must • 3-5 years in Manufacturing/Operations environment in accounting, financial reporting, and FP&A experience, particularly in full absorption accounting and manufacturing variance planning • Proven understanding base in variance and standard cost development • Support internal controls and process improvements around inventory controls • Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO modules • Professional and positive communication skills; ability to clearly explain financial concepts to non-financial people • Ability to work in cross-functional teams • Fluent in English and in Greek (speaking and writing) What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
