If so you could be the professional to strengthen our Benelux Finance Management Team, holding one of its most critical positions. The main accountabilities of the role are: • Be the finance business partner to the commercial teams of Belgium & Luxembourg i.e. understand and co-create strategy, drive execution according to the plans and defend those both at local as well as Regional level • Lead Annual Budget and Rolling Forecast/Latest estimate through scenario modelling, sensitivity analysis and data insight • Drive profitability by identifying opportunities and mitigating threats • Be the contact person for the EU Regional HQ for outlook and planning matters • Guide, challenge, develop a team of planning analysts You would be a matching candidate if you recognize yourself in below profile: • You hold a Business/Finance degree and 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Controlling and / or data analytics • A team player and team leader • A problem solver with strong analytical skills and hands on mentality • A strategic thinker that is used to work under pressure, dealing with ambiguity whilst leading a high performing team • Naturally driven by curiosity and having a drive and passion for results • Having the ability to ask the right questions, formulate problem statement and outcome of analytics tailored to the audience • Having an affinity and competence with IT tools is important • FMCG experience is a plus. Talent Acquisition (TA) will perform an initial screening to assess whether candidates match with the defined vacancy requirements. If this is the case, the candidate will be invited for 2 competency-based (virtual) interviews. In parallel, you will be asked to complete online assessment tests*. At the end of the process, each candidate will receive the assessment results, as well as actionable feedback for their further development. *Assessment Tests The tests are integrated in the selection process to increase objectivity of the final decision making. The assessment tests for this role is a cognitive ability test. The results will not be saved in the employee’s file, and will only be used in the context of the vacancy for which the employee is applying. Results are therefore not used for purposes of performance evaluation. • Cognitive Ability Test: Report links under three headings: 1. Deductive reasoning (measuring the ability drawing logical conclusions) 2. Inductive reasoning (measuring conceptual and analytical thinking) 3. Numerical reasoning (measuring capacity to understand numerical data and interpret mathematical information correctly)
