TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT - Contract Type - Permanent - Work location - Philip Morris Korea, 10, Gukjegeumyung-ro, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, Korea YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’ 1) Monitor and report market insights of critical business and consumer KPIs - In coordination with Global consumer experience, align the global initiatives and fit to market situations - Follow up of consumer related KPIs – Assess performance and agree on action points for improvement (Consumer Interaction Survey, NPS, Digital consumer interactions etc) - Review and validate Consumer Journey applicability, relevance and integration to domestic CRM - Ensure the execution of PMI DF operational excellence are followed practices & principles (e.g. VM, retail outlook compliance, completion % on time etc) and technological solutions are installed and functional at any given time. 2) Plan and follow up of field IQOS experts’ development - Identify the action plan and assess for each expert to improve capabilities & impact and provide feedback - Review store organizational structure ensuring key roles are covered, plan recourses and manage resource-allocation efficiency, and perform sizing assessment - Conduct training in corporation with domestic for global initiatives and market needs 3) In coordination with commercial planning, ensure hardware maintenance and installations are executed effectively and on time. 4) In coordination with Global Consumer experience for communication deployment in accordance to business initiatives 5) Collaborate with domestic to ensure Duty Free is in line with portfolio plan, programs, market regulations & operational changes, and training initiatives. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Bachelor’s degree from university or above - 4-6 years of combined experience in at least two of the following fields: consumer-facing retail operations, consumer journey planning, consumer experience development and omnichannel deployment budgeting (Luxury, Cosmetics, Fashion, Alcohol, Food & Beverages) - Knowledge in retail execution excellence/ efficiency, Net Promoter Score (NPS) and KPI tracking - Good understanding of consumer centricity & consumer experience - Good command of written and spoken Korean and English - Competent user of MS office WHAT WE OFFER Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
