(Purpose) -Lead digital CRM activities to boost RRPs sales and build engagement. Plan and coordinate online activities to promote awareness and achieve acquisition and retention of consumer. (Your 'day to day') -Consumer Relationship Management (CRM) • Obtain business requirement from project/program lead and develop digital activation plan including consumer journey, content review, communication channel (i.e. email, SMS, LINE), target audience selection • Assess feasibility with OC Headquarter and Regional Digital Hub based on system capability • Create brief to Digital Hub with expected deliverables, timeline and KPI • Validate journey set up in SFDC Marketing Cloud meets business requirement • Review testing scenarios, support and ensure it’s completed on time • Governance content transcreation with Marketing and Digital Hub • Propose post-launch optimization plan based on performance and reflect in next campaign • Liaise with Digital Hub, IT and external vendors to assist with the translation of business requirements into Digital solutions • Explore collaborations and tools that will improve efficiency in Digital Marketing activities • Adopt new technologies and processes to enable automations and highly segmented-targeted campaigns -Audience Management and Performance Analytics • Evaluate practicalities and potential of the use of (1st, 2nd, 3rd party) consumer data to drive personalized marketing • Has capability for utilizing data analysis to generate consumer insights, trend reports • Responsible for maintaining data governance (What we offer) Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress. (Who we're looking for) • 5+ years of experience in related areas including CRM, Web/eCommerce and analytics • An excellent communicator with senior stakeholders from market, region, headquarter and reports in English (conversational and presentational) • Be able to work independently, develop a strong case against your stand when facing challenges from other stakeholders • Experience with digital analytical tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or Power BI), tag management systems and Data Management Platforms • Experience managing relationships within a large, multinational, matrix organization • Experience with web site operation, SEO, eCommerce or Leads generation will be a plus • Mandarin is a must
