Specifically, you will be part of the team focused on consumer automated journey, B2C retention programs, orchestration of activities deployed in the market and overall consumer experience. CONSUMER JOURNEY LEAD WHAT WILL BE YOU ROLE? - Lead / Participate on the development, deployment and constant improvement of Retention Programs & User Lifecycle Journey in cooperation with commercial and marketing teams - Lead / Participate on the projects related to development and deployment of consumer facing programs (e.g. Retention programs, Loyalty, Consumer promotions) - Participate on the design and deployment of retention strategy and ensure alignment with multiple streams and stakeholders - Ensure end-to-end cross-functional coordination of consumer programs and activities, review impact of process changes on other sub-streams - Provide overall project initiatives leadership – prepare project timeline, KPIs, key milestones and dependencies, risks and issues escalation - Ensure evaluation of the business performance of entrusted programs/projects - Actively contribute to the assessment of effective resources utilization and business impact of entrusted programs/projects - Monitor market evolution and consumer behavior through various sources and identify opportunities for improvement WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? - 3-5 years' experience in project management / CRM / customer retention / brand building / trade marketing / CX / sales (incl. traineeships), international environment preferred - Experience with Consumer automated journeys and direct marketing is advantage - Good organizational and project management skills - Experience in managing own/projects teams is an advantage - Advanced English, Czech/Slovak language is an advantage - Good time management as well as flexibility and agility in managing unexpected situations - Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind – data understanding and interpretation, basic understanding of financial analysis - Quick thinker with strong business acumen & critical thinking - A team-oriented approach and ability to collaborate crossfuncionally - Experience of leading commercial and cross functional teams is an advantage - Advanced MS Office user (Power Point, Excel – advanced formulas) You can expect and benefit from cross-functional collaboration with B2C and National retail team, Marketing Cluster team, Direct Retail, Digital team,Business Intelligence, Market research, Legal.
