As part of dynamic Marketing & Digital team, you will be working in the forefront of engaging consumers to our IQOS brand. You will implement our integrated engagement strategy by developing marketing materials for our channels in accordance with the overall corporate and brand vision. You will also work with various functions to ensure that all brand communications (online/offline) are omni-channel driven, and brand-relevant based on market dynamics and consumer insights to further grow the brand. RRP Engagement Marketing manager On a day to day basis you will: • Seeking for new opportunities for Engagement activations across channels (omni-channel approach) • Truly multichannel and multicategory Engagement Experience • Build local Content and Engagement strategy based on global toolboxes and guidelines and/or develop local toolbox • Optimize content for user experience across all touchpoints • Close cooperation with Digital Activation Team & CRM team to develop Engagement for online strategy • Special activations for loyal consumers / retention activations across channels • Own channels strategy preparation and development • Monitor the effectiveness of activities implemented and strategically manage them qualitative & quantitative terms for further activations • Collaborate with channel teams to deeply understand the needs of each channel and successfully deliver contents to meet their needs while elevating brand equity We are looking for someone with the following experience, skill set and mentality: • University degree • Min 5+ years experience (marketing / omnichannel) • FMCG or other consumer industry • Multi-functional leadership • Strategic thinking and can-do mindset in challenging circumstances • Demonstrate ownership for responsible projects and have a sense of urgency • Have a strong passion & curiosity in offline and online activation • Have a strong analytical skill • Have a good interpersonal communication skill • Willingness to learn and adapt What We Offer You will find that our company offers a dynamic and international work environment, with learning opportunities, space for own initiative and courage to try new things.
