Manager RRP Deployment

Main responsibilities: • Defining priorities, goals, planning and territory management according to defined RRP strategy; • Ensure deployment of all RRP activities related to consumer and customer activation in different channels; • Implementation of new tools, methodologies, guidelines, assessment the tools efficiency; • Establishment of effective team, people development and effective performance management; • Effective commercial and financial planning; • Implementation and development of new tools working in close cooperation with partners and customers; • Cooperation with distributor in Field office; • Ensure that team demonstrate high level of customer service; • Conduct negotiations and build long-term relationships with key business partners. Requirements: • Higher education; • Valid driving license “B” (1Y+); • Solid B2B/ B2C Sales background; • Distribution building experience; • Territory management skills; • Commercial and financial planning skills; • 3Y+ experience in managing teams, strong leadership skills; • Negotiation skills and experience; • Analytical skills, Planning and resource allocation; • Ability to manage multitasking; • Brands understanding, experience of consumer activation as a plus; • Fluent Russian; • Advanced English.
