TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT - Contract Type : Permanent - Work location : Philip Morris Korea, 10, Gukjegeumyung-ro, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, Korea YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’ Reporting to the Head of Digital Loyalty, this role is responsible for increasing customer retention, conversion to IQOS - therefore lifetime value, and advocacy. They will achieve this through effective planning and delivery of data driven, multi-channel eCRM strategies and communications, planning and developing contents and assets aligned with our Loyalty strategy, the target audience(s) and the delivery platform / formats. Responsible for planning and managing the relationship activities in eDM and Social Push messaging (including Kakao) to deliver a world class customer experience whilst maximizing opportunities to drive sales across our commerce channels (, eMarketplaces & physical stores) increasing frequency of purchase, Loyalty and NPS, and triggering referral behavior. 1) Plan, develop, manage, deliver communication strategies to our existing and identified IQOS DB members throughout the different channels available, including but not limited to direct email, Kakao and LMS to improve engagement and contribute to our retention targets by driving revenue targets, frequency of purchase, higher NPS and advocacy / referral. Ensure targeted and personalized communications are delivered to the correct target audience, via the right channel to increase relevancy and maximize response rate. Define communication planning and channel strategy based on targets audience and business priorities. 2) Responsible for relationship, clear communication and instruction with internal contacts on the processes and procedures related to direct communication activities ensuring accurate and timely implementation. Build and maintain close relationships with other marketing and commercial functions to ensure accuracy in the set up and monitoring of digital promotions and campaigns. 3) Plan with Advertising and Experience teams to ensure accurate delivery of all campaigns, branding and promotional messages in a personalized and integrated way, understanding the end to journey expected journey, and actions of our target audience(s). 4) Manage and mentor all members of the Digital Loyalty team, to ensure delivery of campaigns and capabilities needed to achieve our overall digital strategy, program, and commercial objectives. Ensure the team have, and inspire them to create, the space to deliver PMK to ensure that good work/practice is put in place, highlighted, shared, understood, and followed. 5) Bring insights from relationship media engagement to drive targeting optimization, content optimization, reporting and consumer insight. Partner with all functions to ensure an optimal combination of design, content, and functionality, aligned to and reflective of our brand, commercial, and digital objectives. 6) Embed new ways of working in partnership with other functions to ensure all new program and projects follow a structured methodology. Purpose being to effectively discover, define, design, deliver, deploy and create data to power insight and optimization. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR - University bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related field - 10+ years of experience in database marketing and digital analytics (digital marketing and/or technology experiences a plus) - Experience in digital project management - Experience working with Global Headquarters a plus - Experience working with digital marketing and analytics agencies a plus - Proficient English (verbal and written) a must. - Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-moving organization. - Strong understanding of eCRM systems. - Ability to read and implement learnings from Google Analytics and other analytics tools, - Flexible and responsive attitude. - Strong expertise in A/B and other testing methods, - In-depth knowledge of research principles and methods and experience in analyzing data - Knowledge of HTML/CSS.
