TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT - Contract Type : Permanent - Work location : Philip Morris Korea, 10, Gukjegeumyung-ro, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, Korea YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’ Lead, plan and co-ordinate the execution of scalable strategic projects & consumer programs based on consumer journey, episodes, and pain-point address to identify the optimal consumer product offering, pricing and user experience to increase acquisition of Combustible Category, Legal Aged Smoker and Competitor Heat Not Burn Legal Aged User to Converted IQOS users, and retain existing Legal Aged User to be fully converted and drive them to be advocate of the project 1) In line with agreed targets, budget and strategy, identify the key channels and stakeholders required to develop and test offers in MVP(Most Valued Propositions) state. Organize programs and sub-activities in accordance with the mission and Long/Short term goals of the organization. 2) Work with market Project Management team to establish project team/s to ideate and conceptualize MVP offers based on Adult Consumer research and insights. - Co-ordinate necessary requirements and possibility of execution of the idea with key stakeholders within the business. - Implement and manage changes and interventions with supporting stakeholders to ensure project goals are achieved. - Analyze program risks and meet with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions by sponsor/management 3) Produce accurate and analysis reporting including KPIs, ROI, impact and share with commercial/other functions to increase overall impact of responsible program. 4) Improve overall consumer journey based on consumer pain points, analysis report/consumer insight to further enhance consumer experience 5) Develop roadmap, operating plan, including the necessary requirements from a business process, systems and controls perspective, to expand Consumer Experience within multiple touchpoints 5) Continuously monitor program performance and identify areas for improvement, to optimize offer, process and consumer experience across the relevant components of the Consumer Journey.
