Your ‘day to day’ • Act as trusted advisor to the team and stakeholders globally and be able to translate business requirements into Talent Acquisition insights reports, providing recommendations to enable the effective data driven decision making process on a timely manner • Support data deep dive analysis, to better understand root causes and/ or the business outcomes through the use of advanced analysis, including data science and respective tools and techniques if necessary • Act as Talent Acquisition Reporting and Insight partner and become a go-to person for the stakeholders • Partner with process SME (including process mgmt., governance, exceptions handling, issues resolution, standardization and simplification focus, ad hoc requests management) • Work closely with Talent Acquisition stakeholders on gathering, translating, and validating requirements and business needs into reporting and analytics requirements • Introduce or maintain ways of working in the reporting practice to the wider TA team • Work across TA sub- functions, connect dots to work from bigger picture perspective/ holistic view on the business Who we’re looking for • A university graduate with strong technical and development skills • Prior experience in a similar role is a MUST, with preferred experience working in a recruitment/human resources environment • Strong experience in data analytics, with preference within Global Talent Acquisition/ recruitment • Solid experience in designing and implementing reporting/dashboard documentation, governance on processes and scope of service • Technical/ Development skills: includes a proficient background in PowerBI; background in any other data visualization tools would be an asset, Business object, Advanced Excel knowledge; various ATS, SAP, Cloud solutions, advanced analytics tools would be an asset • Deep insight to Data Science from the application of statistical methods, modelling and testing towards predictive analytics and the knowledge of data science supporting tools (e.g. phyton, etc.) • Preferred to have solid understanding of ATS & systems and available tools What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
