You will own, lead and manage the overall Market S&OP process to ensure alignment across functions and senior market management to delivery of business goals for short and medium to long term. Your primary responsibilities as Manager Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) are to facilitate the S&OP process, as well as the ownership of the implementation and local governance of the global S&OP standards and reporting. You will manage the calendar of events that leads to the final monthly demand plan & proactively identifies supply chain risks or issues and proposes solutions through relevant and in-depth root cause analysis. You will be accountable for the transition from S&OP to IBP (Integrated Business Planning). WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Lead the implementation of a standardized & disciplined S&OP/IBP process for all product categories, following the predefined drumbeat and own the KPI performance management • Follow up on key decisions and holds key stakeholders accountable for agreed actions or decisions as part of the S&OP formalization. Also hold appropriate stakeholders, including site and global leadership, to account for agreed actions for mitigation of risk or realization of opportunities as identified via S&OP. • Advise Customer Service (regional or local) of variances between existing forecasts, plans, actuals, budgets • Drive alignment of plans and/or corrective actions in forecasting that will improve supply chain metrics in the areas of cost, cash, and services • Report on forecasting performance through standard KPIs, dashboard and reporting • Monitor the demand planning metrics and use root cause analysis to resolve largest gaps • Provide input to the supply planning organization in developing inventory and service level target on existing and new products • Drive visibility of corporate deliverables across Supply Chain to ensure appropriate resourcing are aligned with key stakeholders • Drive decision making across the whole S&OP/IBP process WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE • Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field • 6+ Years of managerial experience within Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Electronics, or Medical Device industry with experience in forecasting and Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and data analytics • APICS certification and/or certification in Business Forecasting & Planning (IBF) and/or Lean Six Sigma certification are a plus • Working knowledge of SAP, Supply Chain Planning Solutions and Forecasting Solutions (E2OPEN suite) are a definite advantage At Philip Morris International, we see equal pay for equal work between woman and men as the baseline standard for equality.
