Joining Global Markets IT The Market IT organization in PMI are at the forefront of the interactions with our consumers. We are a diverse team, based in approx. 60 markets and close to our consumers. We work shoulder to shoulder with our market colleagues, bringing our technology expertise to bear to ensure we meet consumer needs. We combine our market business acumen with a deep knowledge of the processes and supporting central systems to bring the right solution at the right time. We help identify differentiated needs specific to our local consumers and apply modern technology solutions to help turn them into tools supporting commercial success and competitive advantage. We also play a key role as the face of the global IT organization in the markets, using strong stakeholder management to ensure that market needs are being effectively supported by the full range of global and local IT services. The B2B Digital Platform The most adopted digital platform in PMI, present in 80+ markets. DTE Digital Trade Engagement platform has supported the first two phases of PMI B2B digital transformation. Current capabilities cover Engagement, Tasking, Retailer as a Service Point, Basic Field Force support, Communication, eOrdering, Reporting & Analytics, Customer Care for retailers, simplifying eOrder fulfillment for very simple distributors, gamification, image recognition and a learning platform for retailers. We’re now creating a new B2B platform for PMI. REEV – Retailer Engagement Evolution intended to replace multiple global and local solutions in PMI commercial portfolio. Associated with a new process and ways of working, a new role for field force, omnichannel task orchestration and execution, new B2B2C capabilities and more integration points into the platform. As B2B Cons. Solution manager you will be responsible of multiples product teams. Those teams have their own backlog driven by a business counterpart. There’s also a platform level governance with business leaders having cross product needs. Your mission is delivering in coordination with multiple teams all those requirements. You need to manage your teams capacity so they take part in design sessions, low level design, estimate design and development, develop, test, release and handover to operations teams. Agile and scaled agile frameworks are used in conjunction with standard waterfall project management methodologies to deliver those requirements. Depending mainly in the level of granularity we’re discussing those business needs. The technology we’re using is constantly evolving but a good basis for this role would be: Salesforce solutions: Service Cloud, Consumer Goods Cloud, Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Force.com, Einstein Analytics and Mulesoft. Custom builds based in AWS components. Other Saas providers like Twillio, Treasure data and Snowflake and few components from Microsoft Azure. JOIN US! WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • We’re searching for an expert on the domain of delivering a business processes in multiple channels: -Face to Face channel, namely field force team visiting our customers -Call center channel with agents operating in inboud and outbound contacts trought phone and chat sessions -Digital channel with customers being served in websites, email, SMS and social media interactions • Proven ability in building, launching and growing products • Ability to deliver results in global, matrixed environments comprised of internal and external partners • Multifaceted, confident personality with the ability to successfully define and drive project execution with minimal guidance amidst multiple priorities and goals • Consistent track record in fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environments • Organizational skills to effectively prioritize multiple projects with tight deadlines • Great teammate with demonstrable ability to lead through influence As an asset we would find the following: • PMO, Agile, Scaled Agile training or certificates • Demosntrated experience working with Salesforce products, Community Cloud , Force.com, Marketing Cloud • Demonstrated experience working with Integration technologies, with Mulesoft being an plus • Experience on Amazon Web hosting components is also a plus • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any IT-related field or strong IT Background • Experience in software solution development, integration or deployment WHAT WE OFFER YOU? • Wide range of trainings, optional language classes, further education and professional qualification support possibility • Private medical and dental care, life insurance • Lunch card (Sodexo) • Hybrid model of work and flexible working arrangements • Employee pension plan • Multisport program • Cafeteria program • Free bike and car parking for all employees HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Lead multiple teams that will deliver a business process between multiple interaction channels with the final customer • Contribute to user requirements triage, understanding and estimation • Map affected capabilities, features and products for each business requirement • Respond to requests from external and internal customers regarding production issues • Review and approve all projects of your technical teams when in line with the standards defined for PMI consumer/customer platform • Assist in design, coordination and development on projects such as requirements gathering and working with non-technical partners • Work with development teams to define requirements and plan projects • Assemble integrations sets that meet functional/non-functional business requirements • Take ownership for the solutions delivered matching all requirements Please note that only on-line applications will be taken into consideration.
