Your ‘day to day’: • Participate in the definition of the commercial strategy for reduced risk products, in accordance with central functions and grounded in solid consumer insights • Support the preparation of comprehensive business cases and presentation to support management decisions • Data intelligence: research, analysis and summarization of key insights aimed at developing and updating the commercial strategy including sell-out data, consumer studies, primary research, field visits, expert interviews etc • Participate in M&A activities, with a focus on strategic rationale substantiation, due diligence and post-merger integration • Support cross-functional initiatives to deliver business plan (preparation and execution of new product launches and integration of partnerships/acquisitions) • Participate in the project management office activities for the US markets, coordinating a diverse set of functional, business and senior management stakeholders • The candidate would work in the US Business Development team of PMI, in charge of driving the business growth for the US market via both organic and inorganic levers • The team reports directly to the Regional President of Americas for PMI and has a diverse background including top tier consulting and investment firms, paired with extensive knowledge of the PMI business and organization • Given the areas of responsibility, the diverse team background and the future business prospect this position represent a unique learning an growth opportunity for the candidate Who we’re looking for: • Problem structuring and solving, including translating abstract business problem in business / financial modelling (including commercial plans, financial valuations, etc) • Synthesize clear takeaways from complex information into clear takeaways and recommendations using both qualitative and quantitative methods • Work effectively with diverse stakeholders to solve problem and mobilize organization • Clear written and in person communication capabilities • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree is preferred • Curiosity, creativity and determination • Entrepreneurial, ownership and roll-up-your-sleeves mindset to get things done with a high degree of assertiveness • Outstanding strategic thinking, problem solving and strong analytical capability • Low ego, highly collaborative and agile, adept at managing internal and external stakeholders • Proven track record in leading strategic projects from conceptualization to delivery and results • Comprehensive strategy development toolkit (industry analytics, consumer insights, strategy development, business plan development, financial modelling, PMO tools) Communication and presentation skills Preferred requirements: • Understanding of the FMCG industry • Exposure to marketing, sales, distribution, retail • US market experience • Minimum of 4 years experience in strategic consulting or 6 years of experience in corporate/business development, commercial and strategic planning • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree is preferred • Legally authorized to work in the US preferred Annual Base Salary Range: $135,600-$186,450 What we offer · We offer a competitive base salary, annual bonus (applicable based on level of position), great medical, dental and vision coverage, 401k with a generous company match, incredible wellness benefits, commuter benefits, pet insurance, generous PTO, and much more! · We have implemented Smart Work, a hybrid model of working that promotes flexibility in the workplace. · Seize the freedom to define your future and ours.
