Philip Morris Trading is currently looking for an IT Systems Analyst! The IT Systems Analyst’s role is to drive the organization’s strategy by implementing and improving IT solutions and become a pioneer in the Organization’s Digital Transformation. You will analyse system requirements, recognize, and analyse problems, create possible solutions and deploy high functioning IT Capabilities whilst effectively collaborating with the business stakeholders and internal or external development teams. As an IT Systems Analyst, you will be committed to the following responsibilities: - Lead the evaluation, analysis and implementation processes of projects and provide the optimal technical solutions for the systems under your responsibility based on the business requirements. - Evaluate the impact of implementation in current IT Systems by following the Organization’s Global IT Principles and Standards. - Collaborate effectively with business functions and internal/external development teams to deliver proper IT Solutions aligned with the Organization’s Strategy and Timeline. - Agree and design QA Test Scenarios and Conditions with business counterparts for IT Solutions Sign-off. - Constantly monitor the performance and loading of the systems under your responsibility and analyze, research, and create solutions to technical problems. We are looking to recruit a team player with: - 3+ years of professional experience in the commercial environment with good knowledge of Sales Force Automation Systems, e-Commerce, and Digital Solutions. - Great Problem-Solving Abilities (Analytical, innovative, creative, and critical thinking with the ability to make timely decisions). - Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze information with attention to detail and accuracy. - Good Knowledge of databases, data processes, program architectures, API’s, object-oriented languages, and Security - Curious about new technologies and driven to find ways to implement them in his work. - Good knowledge of Project Management tools, methodologies, and best practices. (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum) - Basic knowledge of ITIL.
