Allocation Planning Analyst

Your ‘day to day’ As Allocation Planning Analyst, you will perform deployment planning to various sales offices based on forecast ensuring availability of finished goods at the right time, location, quantity, and at an optimized cost. Your responsibilities include: • Prepare and submit daily withdrawal plan (DWP) and STO for deployment of finished goods from source (Factory / Stock Build Up warehouse) to specific sales office warehouse to be used for truck booking and stock preparation • Monitor stock aging per sales office warehouse and ensure to depletion prior expiration to prevent LOGD (loss on goods destroyed) • Consider an optimized truck load to minimize overall shipment cost • Coordinate with Sales team related to the deployment plans for alignment in ensuring to support their sales programs and plans Who we’re looking for You have basic knowledge on planning process such as lead time, safety stock, and cycle stock. You have strong collaboration skills and is able to partner well with various stakeholders within Logistics and Distribution as well as Demand Planning, Sales Planning, and Field Sales. You are amenable to work in our Marikina plant. You demonstrate the behaviors of the PMI Leadership Model: Consumer First, Forward Looking, Empowering People.
