Your ‘day to day’ As Supervisor On-line Technical Support you will manage, lead and organize all activities related to maintenance to achieve the required output to support factory operational requirements. You will: • Ensure that appropriate asset data is adequately implemented and maintained within the relevant systems, enabling proper maintenance scheduling, cost tracking and asset review. • Ensure the maintenance team is supporting production in transferring technical knowledge in order to foster the implementation of autonomous maintenance strategy. • Ensure contracted maintenance services are scheduled, ordered and executed according to plan and budget including regular evaluation of the SLA level for suppliers. • Manage staff and develop a motivated and skilled team to ensure performance levels and professional development and achievement of objectives. Who we’re looking for: • College/University degree in the field of mechanical/electronics engineering or equivalent. • 3+ years of professional experience in production – mechanical/electronics maintenance area. • Fluent Lithuanian and intermediate English language skills. • Strong team work, leadership and communication skills; priority setting and problem solving. Salary range for this role is 3000 – 3500 Eur gross. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
