What will you do? • You will become part of our projects. You will work on real projects, focused on financial areas at PMI. • You will learn how to work across different departments, create analyses and bring insight into real production activities. We will help you to grow yours work experiences and knowledge at financial area. • You will develop your skills via “learning by doing” method, while having the support from the top notch professionals in the team. What do we require? • COMMUNICATION - we cannot do without it, you will communicate with colleagues at your team but also with colleagues from other teams. • RESPONSIBILITY – we will not stand behind you and check every step, we will believe that you will complete the assigned task. • COMMON SENSE AND ANALYTICAL SKILLS - can you think things through, and if it doesn't make sense, do you ask questions? Do you get a few good ideas from time to time? • Czech or Slovak is the basis! And since your boss and colleagues will be from other countries, you must have an excellent level of ENGLISH. • Do you have advanced skills with MS OFFICE? Sometimes it will be necessary to make analysis in Excel, make a presentation in PowerPoint, organize a meeting in Outlook etc.? • You should be currently an economics STUDENT at university. With focus to business management, controlling, planning, etc. • Have you previous experience in internships or other trainee programs? Awesome! It is a big plus!
