The Challenge As a Customer Care Intern, you will be reporting to the Customer Care Team and will be responsible for customer care platforms and project optimization while engaging with the entire organization to further create the customer experience mindset in an omnichannel and results-driven organization. You’ll be challenged to contribute with innovative ideas and work collaboratively with your team, in Portugal. Your daily tasks • Develop your project management skills by strongly collaborating in the roll-out of pilot projects and feasibility tests; • Showcase both your attention to detail and disruptive mindset by monitoring the quality and performance of all interactions with customers and promptly propose and help develop improvement initiatives based on the findings; • Lean on your presentation skills to develop relevant and timely content to assist in the training of operation; • Boost your analytical skills by extracting, analyzing, and creating reports on required data to support operational needs and evaluate the success of trial initiatives; • Strengthen your creative inclination by facilitating experimentation, new ideas, and trial and error, focusing on continuous improvement and innovation based on findings from various channels (NPS, complaints, operational issues, etc); • Test your ability to thrive under unexpected obstacles by supporting daily escalation procedures to ensure quick issue resolution. By gathering these insights and portraying them constructively to the organization we will help the project teams to focus on priority areas as well as the tactics that will make our consumers the happiest. Moreover, you'd be translating the findings into action and help us to continuously transform our business towards a consumer-centric organization. Who we’re looking for • You´ll have an academic degree in Management, Economics, Engineer or similar; • Advanced level of English and Portuguese; • Good user of Microsoft tools namely Excel; • Strong motivation for development and learning; • Analytical skills and Problem-Solving attitude; • Permission to work in Portugal.
