Intern Space Management – Workplace Experience Switzerland We are looking for you: • Currently studying for your Master/bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Business Management or Design Management • Comfortable with MS Office programs, reading architectural plans as well as creating flowcharts, processes. Knowledge of Sketchup and AutoCAD tools are certainly a plus • Passionate about design and have a keen interest in strategic thinking • At ease with manipulating data and numbers, knowledge in data visualization is a plus • Customer centric, proactive, autonomous and with a strong attention to detail • Creative, responsible, well-organized & systematic in dealing with a variety of assignments and deadlines • Fluent in French and English. You will join the Swiss Workplace Experience Space Management Team, responsible of creating new workplace layouts, interior designs & refurbishment projects for office and communal spaces, finding workplace optimization answers, implementing solutions that enable the “new normal” ways of working as well as executing office moves in all our Swiss based buildings with over 4,000 employees. Roles & Objectives • Improving our employees work and social spaces by turning their needs into successful business solutions to increase efficiency. • Work on various interior design proposals and social places to improve our employee’s wellbeing and finding innovative and efficient ways to integrate the new normal trends within our premises to ensure a safe place for our employees • Give support in refining our team’s processes and propose performance solutions and guidelines • Fulfil administrative tasks related to orders, invoices and budget What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
