IT HUB Krakow With a team of over 300 and more than 20 nationalities, the IT HUB Krakow plays a critical role in creating a smoke-free future around the world. Joining the OCDIO In IT, the Office of the Chief Digital & Information Officer (CDIO) is a small, nimble, expert team, composed of multiple sub streams. The team’s main purpose is to run the business of IT, lead the IT strategy & transformation and connect the dots across platforms on behalf of the CDIO. When you join this team, you will work closely with the IT leadership and get early-stage visibility to the PMI strategy evolution; aligning the IT/digital strategy to the last mentioned, looking after the function’s sourcing, project investment portfolio, communications, people learning and development; as well as HR & Financial tracking & planning partnerships. JOIN US! WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? As a result of our recent expanssion we are looking for three IT Project Managers with the following: • University degree • Proven experience in project/program management (Waterfall and Agile) • Scaled Agile experience will be an added advantage • Solid experience in delivering and supporting system solutions in a large multinational company • Excellent understanding of key processes involved in delivering IT solutions • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as ability to deliver presentations to large groups • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, positive and supportive attitude towards others • Ability to manage relationships with senior stakeholders • Fluent in English, both written and spoken • Knowledge of any of the listed business areas will be an asset: Finance, Marketing and Sales, Research and Development, Supply Chain Management, Product Life Cycle Management, Production/Operations, Human Resources WHAT WE OFFER YOU? • A wide range of training programs, optional language classes, further education, and professional qualification support possibility • Private medical, dental care and life insurance • Lunch card (Sodexo) • Hybrid work opportunity and flexible working arrangements • Employee pension plan • MyBenefit Cafeteria and multisport program • Free bike and car parking for all employees HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? The purpose of the IT Project Manager position at OCDIO is to support the company's most strategic projects by planning, directing, organizing and motivating cross-functional teams working on IT solutions. • Help maintaining transparency and creating a shared understanding of project objectives • Facilitate collection and understanding of project requirements • Create schedules, acquires resources, sets budgets • Establish a smooth flow of work by selecting appropriate tools and methods • Provide training and mentor the team on the usage of selected project management methods • Support Business Owner in creation of plans and prioritization of work • Act as anchor between high-level requirements and work execution on the team-level • Collaborate with other IT or broader business teams to visualize and manage dependencies • Maintain constant collaboration with teams, project sponsors and customers • Act as information radiator • Empower project teams • Co-create and disseminate project management best practices • Act as role model Please note that only online applications will be taken into consideration.
