(Title) Supervisor Digital (YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’) Join our team as Digital Supervisor, where you will manage digital projects/channels. You will: • Work independently to lead digital projects to design optimal user journey, improve user experience and fulfill business objectives. • Be responsible for Digital platform operations, including website and messaging app, to ensure the high quality of service level. • Collaborate with regional hub team to manage the delivery within agreed service level KPI • Monitor the performance of digital channels and propose improvement plans continuously • Manage 3rd party creative and digital agencies to develop digital content, adapt global assets, and design UX/UI of digital platform. • Plan and control project budget to ensure cost efficiencies (WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR) • 5+ years of experience in leading complex digital projects or digital platforms development. • Strong project management, digital systems understanding and organizational skills. • Act with urgency and be comfortable with a high degree of complexity and ambiguous business environment. • Team player with a positive spirit, attitude, and passion for sharing and implementing best practices. • Familiar with CMS, DAM, and Collaboration Tool (e.g., JIRA, Confluence), and experience with SFDC Community Manager will be a plus • Experience in Paid Media or CRM will be a plus.
