Your ‘day to day’: Drive the implementation and support the strategy of Foreign Trade processes, systems, tools and standards of work PMI Level, following Regulatory and Compliance PMI Policies and International and Local Laws, in order to ensure the efficiency of the International Operations within the Region (LA&C). Strategy: Define and apply Foreign Trade Strategies, translated into tactical plans for the International Distribution in the Market/Region/Cluster and follow up on their implementation. Cost Analysis: Analyze and resolve International Logistics Costs for the regular reporting OB and Forecast (for finished, semi-finished goods and raw materials), for Market/Region/Cluster. Participate in the implementation of regular reporting and KPI´s related to budget, cost control and process performance for all trade process in order to guarantee the total cost control of the operation for its respective Vendors relationship management: Implement and maintain the necessary processes to supervise performance, maintain relationship (SRM) with main Regional/Global vendors in order to improve quality and cost base of services provided. Follow up through QBR and SOP. Control and resolve Trade basis to ensure that international logistics aligns with the pertinent Local and International Regulations in the Region (LA&C), including SOX Controls. Handles and controls Customs entries and random vendor invoicing review according to Internal PMI controls. Support Foreign Trade activities together with the Supply Chain Strategy. Support the Foreign trade Coordinators to be in compliance with all Tariff, Non-Tariff and regulatory needs permits from the different Ministries such as Economy, Health, Agriculture, etc. This includes the determination of the HTS codes for the Core products and support along with the Customs Broker and/or Consultant of the non-core products. Who we’re looking for: University Degree OR Foreign Trade/International Business Major, Business administration or equivalent. Between 5 to 7 years of experience in Supply Chain within Logistics and Operations, including import and export processes acumen. Microsoft Tools: Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point. SAP.
