Your ‘day to day’ In order to impact learner experience and support cost effective and value creation development decisions made by the P&C Learning and Development Directors/Managers/Leads in the affiliate, the Learning Specialist is expected to: • Respond to learning queries/requests from employees via ticketing management system • Monitor and keep track of license utilization/distribution; perform regular reconciliations of purchased vs utilized licenses • Responsible for handling license key refresh schedules based on agreed criteria and other information relating to license changes • Manage roles and permissions for Capability Building admin users • Support the deployment of global learning programs by creating or updating sessions/events and recording course completion in the LMS system • Maintain and update online and digital assets in Fuse communities • Participate in UAT to test new tools, systems, or processes • Administer language training and MOOC user licenses • Generate simple learning reports leveraging on existing dashboards and other data sources • Help troubleshoot in learning systems and escalate to appropriate teams as needed • Provide assessment administration in accordance with Global Assessment Portfolio • Capture employee feedback and forward to appropriate teams for further improvements • Contribute positively to a knowledge sharing environment by documenting and sharing all relevant work knowledge and experience to continuously build the knowledge database Who we’re looking for? • Bachelor’s Degree • Knowledge and working experience in learning management system maintenance and administration and license management /administration • Strong verbal and written communication skills • High attention to detail, organization, and deadline and can work with minimum supervision • Has good analytical skills; able to advise basic troubleshooting procedures, resolve learning system issues that are within scope and prepare learning reports as per stakeholder requirement • Customer oriented; having a positive attitude, eager to help customers and anticipate their needs • Team player, has strong collaboration skills; able to efficiently and effectively work with local affiliates and global team to support delivery of global programs and solutions • Proficiency with MS Office suite • Experience working with team remotely using email and other online collaboration tools effectively • Ability to quickly learn new processes, tools, applications What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
