WE OFFER YOU: • A unique opportunity to join the market leader “Philip Morris Austria GmbH” – be part of the biggest transformation in the history of our company – to „Design a Smoke-Free Future“ and enable “Data Driven Decision Making” • Hybrid working, mobile working and flexible working time agreement • An annual minimum wage according to collective agreement: min. € 75,000/year gross, with willingness to negotiate overpayments in line with the market, depending on experience and qualifications • An all-in employment relationship with diverse benefits, team events, various insurances and much more • Possibility to grow in an international organization with internal and external training possibilities YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: • Shape the strategy for our category: risk reduced products and support the Head of Marketing, Digital & Portfolio in developing a short- & long-term end-to-end category strategy. • Drive performance by developing an end-to-end consumer journey design, brand and communications strategy, value-added consumer engagement, and seamless omnichannel experiences in partnership with key stakeholders and based on consumer and business data and insights. • Develop brand and communication strategy by leveraging global tools and aligning them with local market objectives, insights and opportunities. • Collaborate with channel teams to deeply understand the needs of each channel and successfully deliver contents to meet their needs while elevating brand equity. • Coach, motivate, develop and lead a team to best perform and deliver the success of the category that embraces the PMI leadership dimensions, and overall culture. • Continuously learn, find and propose ways of working improvement opportunities, and develop technical and leadership capabilities in the category team. • Ensure effective and efficient resource and budget management to ensure completion of all assigned initiatives within the allocated budget within internal policies and external regulation. YOUR PROFILE: • You have a Bachelor/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or similar. • You have at least 5 years management experience in a Marketing Manager, Product Manager, Category Manager or an equivalent role - FMCG knowledge is a plus. • You have a high level of self-management and leadership skills and therefore act with ownership. • You have excellent communication skills as well as conceptual thinking and enjoy cross-functional collaboration. • You have strong business acumen and know how to identify opportunities and risks in the market and take advantage of those. • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken – German is a plus.
