This role will support the Regional Integrated Talent Management team for Asia, predominantly the Executive Talent Acquisition team and the Talent Management & Workforce Planning teams. You will be responsible for supporting the full recruitment lifecycle of Executive Talent Acquisition by managing and coordinating simultaneously a number of end-to-end recruitment processes across various functions. Within the Talent Management & Workforce Planning space, you will also be assisting with the coordination of Talent Review processes, Learning and Leadership solutions as well as Strategic Workforce Planning initiatives. You will also support the team in the People & Culture Priority Projects. Some of the responsibilities will include: Complex calendar management (including different time zones), meetings, and room bookings Liaison with candidates, internal teams and Search Agencies ensuring a timely and professional response You will be working cross functionally to ensure all operational processes are adhered to when onboarding candidates Work alongside the wider Executive Talent Acquisition team to help drive the recruitment process improvements and suggest process improvements as needed Process recruitment expense Maintain the accuracy and integrity of information related to candidates and requisitions using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Ensuring data is 100% accurate Support with ad hoc projects On-going monitoring and analysis of resourcing spend and gender diversity Track recruitment and activity, producing regular and ad-hoc reports on recruitment activities and processes Ensuring Recruitment is seen as a Centre of Excellence within People & Culture and the wider business Any other duties as directed that fall under the Recruitment and Talent remit Data Analytics Using automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources Removing corrupted data and fixing coding errors and related problems Developing and maintaining databases, data systems – reorganizing data in a readable format Performing analysis to assess quality and meaning of recruiting data Filter Data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to identify and correct problems Using statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction Assigning numerical value to essential business functions so that business performance can be assessed and compared over periods of time. Analyzing local, national, and global trends that impact both the organization and the industry Preparing recruiting reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data Who we’re looking for: Proven agency or inhouse experience in similar high-volume environment, with consistent performance Customer focused and passionate about delivering a great candidate experience Proficient in Microsoft Office - intermediate to advanced Excel, PowerPoint skills Experience of using HR/ATS systems advantageous Exhibits sound judgment and attention to detail while balancing and delivering on a wide range of challenges and tasks Adaptable and flexible with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience dealing with executive level stakeholders #LIjobs
