WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • A student of 3rd, 4th or 5th year of studies or University graduates with Bachelor's or Master's degree up to 6 months after graduation in a quantitative field with a preference for social sciences such as social economics, behavioural economics or I/O psychology. • Skilled in data analysis, excel is required but statistical analysis using a programming language/tool such as python is preferred • Has a growth mindset looking to learn a wide range of skills, including desire to deepen knowledge in at least 2 of the following areas: a) Psychological research b) Labour economics and the future of the workforce c) People analytics including using data science in HR, Inclusion & Diversity and talent analytics d) Organisational design & effectiveness Our ideal candidate is someone who: • Is interested in people and how they behave • Definitely has a geeky streak • Is proficient in both written and spoken English, • Is open to working flexibly with a team members and stakeholders in different time zones The role is open to part time and flexible working. We are open to creating a work schedule that fits around university schedules if the successful candidate is currently enrolled or planning to study WHAT WE OFFER YOU? You will join the People Analytics & Insights team based in Krakow, Poland, with opportunities to work remotely. You will work in close collaboration with teams across the globe to deliver insights to help business leaders more efficiently manage their teams. You will learn: • how an internal and external economic & people factors shape business strategy, • how data & analytics can be used to improve performance, culture, engagement and inclusion, • a ton of skills such as data analysis (including data science) techniques, consulting and presenting HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? In your day to day you will: • Work alongside a team of analysts, data scientists and people consultants helping bring additional insights from academic research, external labor market data or organizational trends. • Work with a variety of confidential data: cleaning, analysing and visualizing using various different tools and presentation approaches, • Influence senior leaders to help enable our organisation, and world, transform and create a better tomorrow Please note that only on-line applications will be taken into consideration.
