WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • 5+ years of experience in a multinational, corporate environment; University Degree in Change Management, Communications, PR, journalism or related. • Previous experience in the areas of project management and change management; Project management or Technical writing certifications will be a plus. • Ability to write, edit and proofread business communications. • Good stakeholders’ management skills, specialized in resistance management. • Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment and decision making. • Problem solver who can think in an unexpected way, and weave critical thinking into solutions as well as familiarity with agile methodology. • Excellent planning and organizational skills; • Fluent in English, both verbal and written (C1/C2 is a must). • Experience in digital and social media content development and execution. HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Develop, implement and communicate strategies and key messages. • Measure efficiency of change management and communication strategies by reporting on results and critical metrics, and lead the required changes to continuously develop and improve the communication quality and impact. • Plan and deliver change and communication schedules. • Liaise with key partners to ensure information is timely published to the target audience through different communication channels. • Communicate with a right granularity via adequate channels (webinars, newsletter). • Identify and ensure right level of partners’ involvement (stakeholders mapping). • Develop partnership relation with business. • Create networks and maintain them by ensuring right level of communication, updates, etc. • Onboard relevant partners to their roles within the change. • Prepare training materials (quick guides, one-pagers, instructions, videos). • Run Awareness Sessions, Training Sessions with proper tracking of stakeholders’ attendance. • Evaluate, lead & develop new digital based platforms to disseminate communication in a customer centric manner. • Support product/program owner with change and communication activities.
