Roles & Objectives The Customer Care Strategy Team oversees new platform/program launches as well as handles the PMO part for Customer Care and CSC. The role of the Intern would involve active contribution to a broad variety of operational tasks, including Backlog housekeeping, development and review of customer care channels, support in managing projects. You will also gain experience in project management tasks and have the opportunity to work in a multi-disciplinary team and environment, having contacts with a broader team including marketing, portfolio, digital, data & analytics and consumer programs.
