You’re not persuading someone to savings account or try a new drinks brand. Your ‘day to day’: Define the objectives by territory and supervise the Distributor (EZD) on their fulfillment on a daily/monthly/annual basis. Develop and maintain excellent knowledge of the territory assigned in order to reach the potential of the points of sale and suggest modification of the routes and/or distribution model according to the market trends. Visit key selling points and carry out regular evaluations of the performance of the Distributor (EZD) regarding the service provided in each of the territories. Check and analyze all the sales reports provided by sales planning, in order to have a detailed monitoring of the performance of the territory and thus propose commercial actions to improve results. Guarantee the execution of the commercial window and/or any activity carried out through the sales force of the Distributor and/or other service providers in its territory Who we’re looking for: Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related careers. Experience in mass consumption and retail companies, must have sales experience, as well as experience in implementing visibility plans at the point of sale.
