In P&C (People & Culture - our HR function), we have a huge part to play, defining and shaping our new customer focused culture, organizing functions to work more effectively together and attracting the best talent with new types of skills to join us. We are looking for an International Assignment & Payroll Lead to join our team in CARICAM. On this role you will support with the pre-arrival, arrival and post arrival of key stakeholders that plays an important role in our company. Your ‘day to day’ You will be supervising payroll and international assignment tasks done by a third parties on task such as input and reconciliation of time keeping data, new hires, terminations, salary changes, compensation, and benefit payouts, in accordance with established operating procedures and deadlines. You will ensure timely and accurate funding and disbursement of salaries and be responsible for the timely payment and filing of monthly statutory withholdings such as tax, pension, and social insurance contributions. You will coordinate the timely submission of General Ledger file/s to the Finance team, and the year-end tax activities to ensure filings are done within statutory deadlines. You will act as the primary contact of employees for day-to-day payroll-related questions, issues of assigned countries and will escalate complex issues as required. You will maintain payroll statistics with accuracy to ensure credible metrics are reported, complete special projects as assigned, and assist/provide required information on internal/external audits, including country regulatory audits. Who we’re looking for: • At least 4 years of experienced managing third parties. • Hands-on experience on HR, Time and Payroll software/system, such as SAP and Success Factors. • Attentive to details, have a high degree of accuracy, and strong written and communication skills. • Fluent in English and Spanish • A team player with good interpersonal skills who can complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision. • Foundational knowledge on payroll local compliance and regulatory requirements • Desirable experience in Internal Assignment processes What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
