WHAT YOUR ROLE WILL BE: • Full management of global tools, from bugs reporting, follow up solution, reporting market need for developments • Testing of new updates and upgrades with follow up communication towards end users. • Following up release calendar, inform channels and propose prevention action if release is not finishing with positive results • Provide and perform feasibility checks upon requests • Provide point of view for new initiatives and propose solution if BR and F2F technology is essential for the initiative. • Provide feedback and comment on Jira tickets • Managing 3rd party employees dedicated to support tools. Set up regular meetings, plan resources, provide feedbacks WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: • College/university degree • Digital or marketing experience is a plus • English level on B2 is a must • Skilled at working under pressure • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and people management skills • Quick learner with proactive and can do attitude and ability to effective prioritize and multi-task • Project management & Retail Technology experience: Designing products, features, processes & capabilities for Technology in Brand Retail and backing development needs by business cases showing impacts on channel performance or CX delivery.
